Early Voting
Aug. 11th, 2010 11:19 amhas not been seamless this year. We've had equipment issues from the first voters, at both sites, lol.
oh well. I have a day off today, but will be back on site tomorrow.
I was surprised at the turn-out so far. Voters have not yet received sample ballots, and we changed the hours a bit, yet they've found us and are coming. Which is a very good thing, really!
I just wish the local mullet wrapper would get its act together and do it's usual roundup of local candidates BEFORE early voting starts. They seem to be locked into the idea that voting is on August 24th rather than beginning on August 9th and going through until August 24th.
