During the beginning of the Iraq war, Republicans (often call Repugs or Rethugs for obvious reasons) went on a tear about all things French, being so stupid as to rename French Fries as Freedom Fries, etc.

The French, you see, didn't move in lock step with us toward the war.

Now, 7 years and a new president later, you'd think they'd develop a brain.

There was a flap in the papers this past week about... wait for it.... President Obama ordering a hamburger and asking for... GASP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  dijon mustard on it!  Imagine it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  How DARE he!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
