So the guys spent several days grinding up wild goose meat and mixing it with pork and grinding it again. They spiced it up and divided it up.

Today we made Goose Meat Chili with some of the meat they made. Came out pretty darn good! Only spice I added was chili powder as we used hot Italian seasoned goose sausage for the meat.  Not bad!
