went out for breakfast and then hit a few stores looking for plants. Not much in the way of impatiens yet, so I bought a hydrangea  and a couple of miniature, sort of, mandevillas that are red rather than the usual pink. Very pretty!  Hope they do well in the pots I've got them in.  the picture is a bit different. These have a yellow center that doesn't seem to  be the case with these.  Ah, this is the flower.

Trying to keep my spirits up as the oil spill disaster inches closer. Saw a few minutes ago, dead sea turtles are already washing ashore, dammit.

Very nice flowers. Good luck with those.

On the radio this morning I heard that BP will carry the cost for cleaning up the oil mess... unfortunately it is wildlife that really pays for it... :(
