Can someone who understands how elections are run and how ballots are actually accounted for by Election Officals please explain to me HOW THE HELL huge bundles of ballots can possibly be just... lost?
We have to account for each and every ballot in each and every precinct. So what the hell? Corrupt Election officials seems to be the only possible explanation to me. I'm not sure even simply incompetent ones could manage it.
