We’re about done setting up the new RV. So now I’m trying to figure out staples and spices and such for the cooking part of things.

Looking for good, easy, few ingredient recipes that don’t take forever to put together and can be done in a tiny kitchen.

Anyone got suggestions for recipe books, or single recipes, or websites, or anything else?

Look for sailing recipes as well - the problems are similar. Number of pans can be a problem, so think about couscous (all you need is water from the kettle and that can be done before other things). One of my big standbys is tinned tomatoes, and my two key cooking utensils are a deep frying pan with a lid and a pressure cooker - this uses less gas.

I don't think the books I have will be much help as they go back thirty years. What I usually do is roughly plan meals in advance and buy the ingredients before going away.
